3:21 Plank Challenge

Those with Down Syndrome typically have low muscle tone and weakness in their core muscles. This challenge started as a way to raise awareness of how much it takes to strengthen the core and how important it is to keep it strong. 

Planks are a great core strengthening exercise but done with variations, becomes an excellent whole body strengthening exercise. Our goal is to have as many people as possible be able to plank for 3 minutes and 21 seconds by March 21st, World Down Syndrome Day. Will you join us in the challenge!
